All of that economy talk is just an outdated thinking.
With Universal Basic Income there is no need to think you do you sell those burgers.
Without UBI you can't pay workers high enough to encourage them to work. Salaries that cannot pay for your living are worthless and only idiots would work for something like that.
You can't price burgers low enough to encourage people to buy them. Salaries too low for people to be able comfortably afford these burgers. So they do not buy it.
The longer it goes the worse that dichotomy gets the more bankrupt the business goes. Then government steps in with subsidies to keep it afloat. Overtime that just cost more then shut the whole thing down.
However no, workaholics out there do not want to let it go, like a stubborn brain dead donkeys they are.
Volunteer job, what a bunch of nonsense. If they can't afford to pay for it, then it is not economical and a useless trash. I am not lifting a finger for someone out there unless I am paid in advance.
Amazon already allows you to buy basically anything online and it will gets delivered to your door.
You can order pizza online for over a decade now. It is possible to make automatic cooking facilities and order dispensing facilities as well.
Now all we need to do is to adjust the way we live to eliminate remaining jobs still done by humans and we will have technogenic utopia where no one needs to work and everyone can just have fun 24/7.
The only thing that holds us back is outdated thinking and living fossils who can't adapt to new technology.
Fossils should just die out. Society was skewered long enough to cater for their outdated asses. High lime we cut them loose and advance into the future.
However, website and app ordering has been the case for more than a decade now.
Here is for example Australian Domino's website https://www.dominos.com.au/
You can order online with zero human interaction. They even have voice recognition program/AI, called Dom. if you are too lazy to click buttons and want to tell your order to something.
You can add boxes like these with a number and pin texted to a person who placed the order.

That way people will be able to pick orders without any human interaction.
Finally a cooking bot to actually cook it.

Full automation achieved.
Grocery store would be even easier to do.
Let's all move to this and send work to the ash heap of history together with Nazism, Communism, Dark and Middle Ages and other sad pages of history.
