Are there really adherents of evil hard living ideology out there? If yes, how to avoid them.

  I recently watched some LoGH videos on Youtube, such as this one for example:

The videos gave me the impression that this show promotes some form of hard living spartan existence.

They all seem to dislike freedom and easy living in this show.

Are there insane people IRL who really think this way?

Are they behind the austerity and the rest of this shit?

Actually, my parents are probably like that. That is why I hate them. 

More importantly however how I can avoid them and their shit.

I hate hardships and want my life to be easy and carefree.

So I do not want any of these kinds of assholes to mess with my life.

How to live easy, free and trouble less?

I want to create Utopia where there will be no hardships and privation.
