Akari is gentle and caring, the way she behaves is very cute and likable.
She waits for him, she brings food and cooks.
She stays with him for as long as he needs and keeps him warm with her soft gentle body.
Fundamentally she values him a lot and is very attached to him.
She gently clinging to him to show that she cares for him and needs him. However, she does not overdo it where it can get suffocating.

If other shows can mislead you with other things, then this one does not have anything else besides a couple who shares a happy moment together.
