In episode 10 or so, Keyaruga did turned himself into a brunette Nunnally that can walk to seduce a lesbian and take revenge on her. That picture is of him transformed. Clearly, he knows what he is doing. That does look pretty, if only it was not a trap.

I do wonder who women themselves could not turn themselves into a Nunnally of any hair color to be attractive.

That is why anime, that is design to men to appeal to other men, win over IRL women. 

If women in female magazines looked attractive to male eyes, men would have bought them themselves.

However alas: feminist monger conspiracy does intend to keep as many men as possible and women ignorant of what it is that makes them attractive in male eyes.
