Girls and Parents

I should probably stop talking to girls about my parents. 

In the end of the day that probably gives them wrong impression and wrong idea about me.

I did hope for pity and sympathy, but that was probably unreasonable to expect. Girls are just not wired for pity and sympathy, no matter how appealing these qualities would have made them to me and other men.
